We also have the Family Time class so your family can all come together in the same Kindermusik class.
Which
class is appropriate for your child? Children develop at
different rates. Age is not always the best indicator. For
help in choosing the most developmentally appropriate class
for your child, click here on this link: Transitional Ages
and Stages. If you need help in choosing which class is
the most appropriate for your child, please call the Director,

Year 1: 5 to 6 years
Year 2: 5.5 to 7 years
60 minute class. 15 weeks.
For your budding musician, Kindermusik provides a pressure-free, developmentally appropriate transition where he can musically succeed before beginning formal instruction. Using a group approach, Kindermusik provides the opportunity to explore movement, vocal development, listening skills, rhythm, notation musical symbols and authentic pre-keyboard, string, wind and percussion instruments. Research has shown that music has a powerful impact on the cognitive development of a young child and plays an important role in the development of higher level reasoning skills! Upon graduation, your child will be asking for instrumental lessons, which we offer here at Hall's Family Musik Studios.
If you are enrolling in Young Child for the first time, please enroll in Year One. We will review the most fundamental skills learned in the fall, so that your child can fit into the class with ease. Year 1 Instrument: Glockenspiel. Year 2 Instruments: Glockenspiel and Recorder.

of The Woodlands Studio Policy
Missed
classes may be made up by visiting other classes, provided
the class size is not exceeded. It is best that siblings
not attend a Village class so that the parent can
focus on the baby. Sibling babies confined to baby
carriers may attend an Our Time class of an enrolled
sibling, provided they do not disturb the class. Any older
sibling who participates in an Our Time class must
be enrolled in a class of his own age. Siblings are welcome
during Family Time, the last 10 minutes of Imagine That
and Young Child classes. All children attending Family Time must be enrolled. Older siblings may attend
class during School holidays or emergencies.
